Ok Here is the problem
 I Can't just make jerky
 and sell it because I have to meet FDA regulations .
So in stead, We do the barter system.
You provide the chunks of meat.  I slice it - Jerk it,
 We split it in half.

Now If you want to have me go to the market and pick you up some meat with your dime. 
Then I can Jerk it and send it to you.
